Isn't that a fabulous name for these whimsical creatures? Thanks to one of the Port City Gallery & Fine Crafts owners, they have a new name! Scarflette? Boring! Mini-scarf? Mundane! Neck Wrap? Debauche! So she came up with the idea of the "Neck Muff," and I wholeheartedly agree! You've seen the "Think Snow Neck Muff" (see just below) and now here's Confetti!
