Unveiling My New Website!

I've resisted developing my own website for years.  About 9 years ago, I even took an online HTML class for this purpose. But then we went away for seven weeks, and by the time I got back to it, I had forgotten how.  Besides HTML is far too complicated.  And today there are all kinds of sites that simplify the process.  Having seen a friend's website recently (and I know she is virtually non-computer literate, by her own judgment!), I thought to myself, "I can do that!"

So.....in the last few days I've begun.  No simple task, that's for sure.  I have not designed websites before, but I do have a sense of what works and what doesn't.  And from my experience as a constant Constant Contact user, I knew I could do this. However, it is not as clearcut as I anticipated.  I am muddling my way through on a site that will always be under construction, always being tweaked, and constantly updated.  But it's mine all the way!  And I hope if you're reading this, you'll find your way over to it and even give me your feedback.  There's a form for that on the " Contact" page.  The site is called - what else! - Scarf It Up!

Good for you, Louise... I am impressed! Have been wanting to do this too, for my fiber work. Since I have switched over from painting, my website is seriously outdated. You are an inspitarion to jump in!
