AND I LOVE CROCHETING TOO!!!

SOLD!!!

A new idea has emerged, and when I get an idea, I make the prototype and then keep making and making and making. That is precisely what happened over the weekend. I was inspired by a scarf I had seen, but I had no idea HOW it was made. And besides....I dislike "borrowing" other's ideas. However, I am also of the mind that art is all about inspiration and that there are very few original ideas - all are embellishments or variations. I am all about color and texture to be sure, so I began to experiment with various fibers to create my own version of this loopy confection.

Light as a feather (depending on the fibers used, of course!), lots of drape, hand-crocheted into loops of various sizes, long enough to wrap around the neck several times, these are examples of the Loopy!
