Cool Stuff!

I was enticed by a sale to buy a skein of Prism's Cool Stuff! Even at $35, it was rather pricey for my usual purchase. But I thought I'd splurge for a change and see for myself what's so special about this "Stuff!" My very first "Hobo" scarf was made with Prism yarn many years ago - I still have it, wear it, and love it. I knitted both of them on the bias, a diagonal style that lends itself beautifully to this type of mixed color, mixed texture fiber. Since that first one, which I deemed unsalable because I could never get my money out of it, I have created my own line of "Hobo" scarves, using lengths of fiber from my own stash to create a similar look to the results.
Only I LIKE MINE MUCH BETTER!

Here are two recent creations, one with Prism Cool Stuff, one with my own cool stuff! You decide which you prefer.

Cool Stuff Hobo Scarves

I added my own fibers as fringe to both scarves!

I love them both but if I had to choose I would go for the one on the right as the colours would suit me better!

Thanks, Nicola! Me too! I think most people will choose on the basis of color! I'm not giving it away yet!

What are these made of?

Aquana, one of the scarves is made from Prism's Cool Stuff (that is really the name of the yarn!); the other is made from many combinations and variations of yarns from my own rather extensive stash.
