As promised, this is the one I was working on yesterday - for Cheryll who brought me a whole bunch of vintage wool needlepoint yarn from the Habitat Store in Pinehurst! I did discover that it doesn't felt the way it ought to - I ran it through the wash cycle THREE times and still you can see the lines of stockinette stitching. But the bag did shrink to a point that much smaller would not have been functional, so.....it is what it is, and I am grateful to Cheryll for the gift of yarn. So this is my gift to her:
